The President and Co-Founder of DB&A, Dave Buczek is a proven leader with diverse experience in the professional services industry.

Mr. Buczek co-founded DB&A in 2002 and has led the development and growth of the firm since its inception.   He is a widely accomplished digital transformation expert who propels clients forward by innovating at the intersection of business and technology. Noted for forward leaning strategic insights, creative innovation, and effective technology enablement from initiation through completion. Mr. Buczek combines superior business and technology acumen, collaborative methods, customer focus and an agile entrepreneurial spirit to deliver transformative business results.

Prior to starting DB&A, Mr. Buczek led a Digital Business Strategy practice for Sapient, a premier internet consulting firm.  Before that he was a senior level consultant and practice manager at American Management Systems and Xerox Integrated Systems.  

In addition to his consulting work, Mr. Buczek has also taught graduate level courses in the MBA program at The American University, and in the Masters in Technology Management and MBA programs at George Mason University.  In addition, he was the co-developer of a program of study in IT Portfolio Management for Georgetown University.  Mr. Buczek is currently a Fellow with the George Mason University School of Business, Center for Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security in Arlington, Virginia, where he develops and delivers educational offerings.

Mr. Buczek’s academic accomplishments include a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Binghamton University, a Master’s degree in the EC in International Business and Trade (European Integration) from the American University School of International Service, and a Certificate in Organization Development and Change Management from Georgetown University. .
